BALIKESİR

Balıkesir is a city that stands on the shores of the Marmara and Aegean seas with its natural, archaeological, historical and cultural beauties and has the most number of islands of Turkey. Kaz Mountains

Kaz Mountains, one of the most visited places and the most visited areas, is at the top of the list of those who will organize a trip. It is among the most important natural beauties of our country with its clean air, green fields, unique nature landscape and rich flora. It is located between Balıkesir and Çanakkale provinces. It is also unique with the cultivation of endemic plants.

Kapıdağ Peninsula

It is a settlement which is located within the boundaries of Erdek district. Kapıdağ Peninsula has a morphological character with an area of approximately 300 square kilometers. Local population who lives here earn their livelihood in a wide variety of ways.

Manyas Bird Lake

Located in the district of Bandırma, this lake is 20 km long and 14 km wide. It is located in a collapsed area between Uludağ and Biga Peninsula. The lake is a clayey wetland with plenty of vitamins. Because it is clayey, the water of the lake is very fuzzy. Kocaçay ve Sığırcı streams flow into this fresh water lake. There are reeds and willow communities where these waters flow in the lake.
