Based on the protocol signed between the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and our Ministry, which entered into force on 29 November 2023; Higher education (associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctorate) students who apply for a student residence permit are required to submit the documents specified in the form together with the student residence permit registration form to the relevant unit (Student Affairs Office or International Student Office) of the university that they are enrolled at as soon as possible, without waiting for the appointment date after applying for a student residence permit.
